It\u2019s about weaving together all parts of life: the light, the shadow, the body, the mind, the sensations we crave, and the ones we try to avoid.<\/p>\n Tonic Tantra presents a holistic practice and an energetic field that connects all things. Everything is energy, and we are sensory, vibrating beings\u2014woven into the same atomic fabric as the sun, the moon, and the stars. We\u2019re not separate from the universe. We\u2019re part of it.<\/p>\n While Tantra is a spiritual path, Tantric practices aren\u2019t rigid or dogmatic- and neither am I.
