Shibari Retreat — Mexico

Sit with a rope long enough to notice your breathing change. For anyone curious about rope who does not want to be tied by a stranger.
Women’s goddess tie
A self-tie, then ecstatic dance. The rope shifts against your body as you move. Women only, no rope experience needed.

Learn to down-regulate and up-regulate each other. For couples who want something they can use at home.
